Women physicians of color wellness survey analysis underway

A Women Physicians of Color Wellness Survey and virtual focus groups were conducted in 2022. The survey and virtual focus groups were utilized to help identify issues like burnout and post COVID-19 pandemic stress impacting physicians. Currently, an analysis of the study is being evaluated and drafted for the public with a release later in 2023.
