September 21,
2022By Physicians for a Healthy California KidsVaxGrant
The KidsVaxGrant 2.0 application cycle is open for another few weeks. Providers that serve pediatric populations and are newly enrolled in California’s COVID-19 vaccine program (myCAvax) could be eligible for $10,000 to support enrollment and launching a vaccination center.
KidsVaxGrant 2.0 reimburses medical organizations (i.e., physician practices, independent pharmacies, student health centers, etc.) up to $10,000 per community vaccination site. In addition, providers that serve pediatric populations already enrolled in myCAvax, who are expanding operating hours, could be eligible for $25,000. Expanded hours must be outside of normal or existing clinic hours and must be a minimum of 25 hours per site.
The application is open until October 14, 2022, with approximately $13.4 million is allocated to fund the program.
