June 12, 2024 New CalMedForce application cycle opens July 30 CalMedForce, Physicians for a Healthy California’s graduate medical education (GME) grant program, will launch its next application cycle on July 30. June 12, 2024 CalHealthCares prepares for completion of initial awardee cohort Currently in its fifth year, the CalHealthCares physician and dentist loan repayment program, is preparing to graduate the initial cohort of awardees from their final service year. At the conclusion of this cohort’s final review, it is anticipated that a total of $56.9 million in award disbursements will have been provided to alleviate the burden of educational loan debt. read more
